Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Exceptions are made only in the event of an error on our part. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, only for monthly mail club subscriptions and stationery products (stickers, letters and postcards) over £7.

Where do you ship to?
Worldwide. We offer UK and international shipping.

When will my order be sent?
Monthly mail subscription for the upcoming month must be placed by the 20th and will be posted in the last week of the month, arriving before the new month begins.

Other purchases will be shipped within 2-3 working days.

Once sent, all orders typically arrive within 2-3 working days for UK 3-5 working days for Europe and 6-7 working days for the rest of the world.



Subscription

When will my subscription be shipped?
Subscriptions are shipped at the end of each month.

When should I sign up?
Sign up by the 20th to receive the upcoming month’s edition. Sign ups after the 20th will begin with the following month’s edition.

Can I purchase previous editions?
Previous editions may be available while stocks last.

Can I update or cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription at any time. You can manage your subscription via our Customer Portal and update your details.
